IMPORTANT NOTICE
NOVEC is phasing out its walk-in payment option. It will permanently close its walk-in payment window at the Lomond Business Center (10323 Lomond Dr., Manassas, VA) on December 26, 2025. The drop box and the kiosk, located in the lobby, remains available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Pay In Person
NOVEC maintains business offices throughout our service territory, at locations and open during hours that are convenient to most customers. Offices are open during the times indicated below for that office, except for certain holidays, when all offices are closed.
Please note that you must have your NOVEC account number to use the payment kiosks.
Cash is accepted if you pay in person.

Pay by Mail
When mailing in your payment, please use the enveloped enclosed with your billing statement, and be sure to include the return portion of your bill. Please write your account number on checks. If you have misplaced the current bill, look for your account number on a prior month's statement.
